Specialist financial services recruitment consultancy connecting firms with senior and specialist talent across the UK.

FS Talent supports financial services firms with strategic hiring across key verticals including risk, compliance, legal, governance, operations, and finance.

We developed their brand identity and completed a website redesign to create a more elevated, sharper online presence aligned with the expectations of the financial services sector.

The new platform integrates directly with their Vincere CRM system, combining brand positioning with a fully functional recruitment hub.

Website Design.

We designed a clean, high-impact website that balances professional credibility with subtle dynamic elements suited to the financial services market.

The homepage clearly communicates FS Talent’s sector expertise and hiring focus, while the integrated job platform allows the site to operate as both a brand showcase and a live recruitment hub.

Job listings are synchronise directly with Vincere, automatically publishing roles with structured job data and SEO-friendly URLs to improve visibility across search engines and Google Jobs.

Website Design
  • How are job listings managed and optimised?
The website integrates directly with Vincere, meaning when a role is uploaded internally it automatically publishes to the website with job title, location, salary, sector, and employment type. Each listing uses SEO-friendly URLs and structured job posting schema to improve visibility across search engines and Google Jobs.
  • What search functionality does the job board include?
Candidates can filter roles by date added, remote or hybrid status, location, contract type, and salary range, creating a streamlined search experience.
  • How are sector specialisms presented?
A dedicated sector display on the homepage highlights legal, risk, operations, compliance, and finance, with subtle hover transitions introducing the brand's lemon accent.
  • How are testimonials and team credibility showcased?
A full-width testimonial section reinforces trust, while the Meet the Team section presents detailed bios and experience in a structured, professional format.

We also introduced a scrolling banner highlighting the types of organisations FS Talent works with, including investment banks, asset managers, FinTech firms, challenger banks, private equity, insurance, and consultancies. An Insights section was developed using a distinctive article layout that moves beyond standard blog formatting while remaining consistent with the brand.

Mobile layouts ensure job search filters, listings, testimonials, and sector navigation remain clear, readable, and easy to use across devices.

Branding.

We developed a modern corporate brand identity designed to position FS Talent as confident, contemporary, and credible within the financial services recruitment market.

The visual system pairs a dark, premium foundation with a sharp lemon accent to create distinction while maintaining professionalism.

Branding
  • What was the intent behind the brand identity?
The intent was to create a clean, modern identity that positions FS Talent as a strategic hiring partner rather than a transactional recruiter.
  • What is unique about the logo?
The primary logo is a modern wordmark featuring a distinctive 'f' character, supported by a flexible brand marque derived from the same form.
  • What colour palette was created?
The brand uses aubergine, off-white, and lemon as its core palette, supported by violet, mauve grey, and lilac tones.
  • What typography supports the identity?
Everett was selected as the primary typeface in Light, Regular, and Medium weights, reinforcing clarity and modernity across communications.

The lemon accent is used sparingly to highlight key interactions such as hover states and calls to action, creating subtle moments of emphasis within a predominantly dark interface. Graphic marque devices and patterned elements introduce depth while maintaining visual consistency across digital and presentation materials.
