Recruitment

Founded over 20 years ago, Kinetica is a Leeds-based recruitment specialist that needed its established website moved onto a platform it controls, without losing its familiar look and content.

Following our work with sister business Veblen International, we rebuilt Kinetica's existing website on a custom WordPress theme, with full-width responsive layouts, a complete recruitment job board, and 14 specialist sector pages.

The result is a familiar website that Kinetica controls, launched ahead of a fixed deadline in May 2026, with consultants managing roles directly in WordPress.

No Role? Drop A CV Anyway

Good candidates don’t always find the right role on day one. A quick drop-off on every page keeps them.

    A CV Or A Link

Candidates upload a CV or share a LinkedIn or Dropbox link, whichever is to hand.

    On Every Page

The drop-off sits across the whole site, so a good candidate is never one click from leaving, and Cloudflare Turnstile keeps spam out.

    Quick CV Dropoff

    CV, LinkedIn or Dropbox URL

Protected from spam without a puzzle to solve.

    How It Was Built

We rebuilt Kinetica's website on a custom WordPress theme, combining a full recruitment job board and specialist sector content with full-width responsive layouts the team can manage themselves.

    User Experience

A sectors mega menu, a header quick search, and filterable job results guide candidates quickly from their specialism to relevant live roles.

    Mobile Responsive

Pages were rebuilt to scale across mobile, tablet, desktop, and large screens, replacing the previous fixed-width layout with full-width responsive design.

    Interactive Design

Radius-based job search, a site-wide Quick CV Dropoff, and application and vacancy forms protected by Cloudflare Turnstile make it simple for candidates and clients to get in touch.

    Questions.

What clients ask about how Kinetica was built.

01How does the job search work?
Candidates can search by keyword, job type, and location within a chosen radius, then refine results by sector and working environment, including Remote, Hybrid, and On Site roles. A quick search by job type also sits in the site header.
02What does each job page include?
Each role displays its salary in GBP or USD, location, and contract type, alongside the responsible consultant's card and an application form that accepts a CV upload or a LinkedIn or Dropbox link. A featured jobs carousel keeps other live roles in view.
03How are Kinetica's specialist sectors organised?
A sectors mega menu organises 14 landing pages into four groups: Scientific, MedTech, Health and Social Care, and Industrial. Each sector page, from Life Sciences to Senior Living (US), carries its own latest jobs feed.
04Can the Kinetica team manage roles themselves?
Yes. Consultants add, edit, and remove roles directly in WordPress, supported by Loom walkthroughs and a live training session from our team.
