How are property listings managed?

All listings are automatically pulled through from Laurels' Rex CRM system, ensuring photographs, pricing, key features, descriptions, EPC ratings, and square footage remain fully up to date without manual updates.
What functionality does the property search include?

The For Sale and To Rent sections include advanced filtering by availability, property type, number of bedrooms, and location-based search functionality.
What does an individual property page include?

Each listing is presented as a structured property page with formatted image galleries, full descriptions, key specifications, and a built-in mortgage calculator to support buyer decision- making.
How does the interactive map work?

An interactive map displays available properties using Laurels' branded laurel leaf icon, creating a distinctive and intuitive browsing experience.

We also developed dedicated conversion pages including “Why Join Laurels” and an Instant Property Valuation feature, allowing homeowners to submit their property details directly through the website. These features support vendor lead generation while keeping the enquiry journey simple and efficient.

Mobile layouts ensure property search, filtering, map interaction, and valuation submissions remain smooth and highly usable across smaller screens.
