Young MDs is a dynamic organization committed to increasing the number of Black doctors by providing young aspiring medical professionals with engaging educational resources and games that make learning both fun and accessible.
To help Young MDs launch their new website and bring their innovative products to market, we crafted a fully designed site rich with custom animations, quizzes, and unique iconography, all aimed at captivating and educating their young target audience.
Young MDs is an energetic and forward-thinking organisation dedicated to increasing the number of Black doctors by inspiring young, aspiring medical professionals through engaging educational resources and games. Their mission is to empower the next generation of Black doctors by making learning fun and accessible, providing them with the tools and confidence needed to pursue a medical career.
Young MDs was preparing to launch a new website to bring their innovative products to market, which include monthly subscriptions of doctor-themed games and workbooks for children.
To support this launch, we designed the entire website, focusing on creating an engaging and educational experience for their young audience. We developed a range of custom elements, such as animations, quizzes, and unique iconography, all tailored to capture the interest and imagination of future doctors.
The Young MDs website was built using WordPress and Elementor, providing a robust and flexible platform that allows for easy updates and future growth.
We prototyped the site in Figma, ensuring a seamless design process before bringing it to life in Elementor. The site features custom elements, including Lottie animations and bespoke widgets, all designed to enhance user engagement and make learning an enjoyable experience.
The Young MDs website is not only visually appealing but also highly functional, with features that include an interactive quiz to test knowledge and engage young minds, an e-commerce store for purchasing educational products, and a vibrant, well-branded design that resonates with children.
The colourful and creative layout, paired with a playful typeface, makes the site both fun and inspiring, perfectly aligning with the organisation’s mission to nurture the next generation of Black doctors.
